Lead Pastor

I joined the church in 2019 when I was called to be the Lead Pastor. 

The two things that drew my wife and I to consider a calling to Northwood were the clear love for Jesus and his Word.

Prior to that, I received training from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and then served as an Assistant Pastor at Creekside Community Church in Gainesville, FL.

My greatest passion is helping others to treasure Christ and to experience his grace so that they would be able to help others to do the same. I love Jesus, I love his word, I love his people and I want his people to love Christ, his Word and his people.

I like to laugh and enjoy other people's humor, but my wife would say that every time I have ever been funny it has been unintentional. 

Rebecca and I were married in 2013 after meeting in seminary. We have three children, Everly, Adalynn and Oliver.
